"Its a good place to stay bec of the location! It can be better if they clean the molds on their chairs/sofa and remo"

Nice location! Very easy to check in and the property owner was responsive with our questions on parking.

There were molds in the sofa and dining chairs. There were alot of fruit flies and there were unkept plants inside the bedroom (better to just get rid of it!)

"All in all my wife and I are happy except for the receptionist."

My kids loved that it was so close to mitsukoshi and other areas that are family safe. It was a birthday weekend for my daughter. The room was spotless, bathroom was clean and toiletries complete. There were towels and dishes for use. Netflix needed updating but that was an easy fix.

The AC is leaking water that drops on you when you’re sitting in the couch. I think it’s where the “moldy” smell is coming from

"Disappointing ."

No breakfast. There is no restaurant nor convenience store in the facility.

You pay for what you get. I get it, but this is not my type. The room is too small, no restaurant or convenience store on site where you can buy toilet papers, paper towels, etc. No safe in the room and there is no restriction on who can use the elevator to go up to different floors. Checking in is a hassle. The front desk clerk keeps asking if I have spoken to the host and that the host is suppose to meet me. I told the clerk I never spoke to any host and all I got was an e-mail from Booking.com. They won’t even let me get the key from the mail box without the host. It was frustrating!
