The location is horrible. I don’t recommend staying here. Felt unsafe to be outside. The neighborhood is dirty and there’s always people wondering outside for no reason.

We could not get the dishwasher to work. And of course it was pretty loud at night with the city traffic..

The neighbourhood is unsafe! Even the Lyft deiver mentioned not to hang arround the block during night time.
CZApartment is beautiful. It has all the amenities one might need: fully equipped kitchen (including oil, salt, pepper etc), hair dryer, iron and washing machine. It was very clean. Very comfortable bed.
The soundproofing in the building is terrible. First 3 nights the neighbors were partying and it felt like they were doing it in my living room. Location is a bit tricky: one can get to the center by bus, but it is extremely unreliable. Alternative is to walk (fast) 15 minutes to the metro.
GBLocated in an okay area, a bit noisy due to traffic. The apartment is in good shape, host is helpful and responsive, it was a good value for money
A bit noisy
FRRight by the DC streetcar which makes it very easy to go to the H street corridor for food and drinks, or further to Union Station, and form there catch the metro. Close to shops and and groceries store.
The unit is right by Benning Road, which is a high traffic road from East DC towards downtown DC, so it is usually noisy at all times of the day. The liquor store next door is also not the friendliest neighborhood when coming back from the bus/tram station at night.
ZAVery adorable flat and easily accessible, close to public transport and shops.
There was no dish towel but otherwise all you need to stat comfortably
