Extra Central Mini Studio - Lively Neighborhood

Nice, clean and cosy. Not big, not small. The bathroom is pretty decent sized and clean.

The AC's cooling mode was not functional at all, so the room felt like a sauna. The streets are very noisy from nightlife so opening the windows was hardly an option if you wanted to sleep calmly.

Location was great

Air conditioning was not working and the room is very hot and there is a bad smell coming out of the sink constantly. I sent a message to the staff and they didn’t offer support nor answered.

If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, this apartment might not be the best choice. It’s located on a very noisy street, making it hard to sleep, and while being in the city center is convenient, the noise level should have been disclosed. The room was also quite cold, with only an electric heater that took over two hours to warm the space even slightly. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which made the stay even less enjoyable. The room itself is very small, with thin walls that offer little privacy. While the price is relatively low, I do not recommend this accommodation, as there are likely far more comfortable and better-maintained options available for a similar cost.

The location was great, very close to many restaurants and bars. Easy access to metro, airport bus and even on foot to many of the "hot spots" of the city! The electrical radiators helped to warm up the room very fast! Bathroom was clean and there was lots of hot water all the time.

The room is quite small. Not enough space for the luggage or to move yourself around the furniture. There were some spots on the bed linen. The neighborhood was very busy and sometimes noisy late at night. They could provide more toilet paper and garbage bags, for people staying more than 1-2 nights.
