Love this place and clean and excellent location ayala mall just across the street 6/11 downstairs of the building is very convenient for the needs.

The owner is very kind and ready to assist and answer your queries. The property is very much secured with 24 hours guards. It has CCTV from the grounds to the corridor where the unit is located. Also the nice thing is that the unit where I was staying is near the fire exit door. Overall, I have a wonderful and well rested stay.

Not much to say actually about the unit, which I said is great. I can only remember that the corridor sometimes ( only sometimes but not always) smell of other occupants in other units smoking. Probably the property manager of the building is not so strict in ensuring no smoking inside rooms.

Great location. Very close to the shops (250 meters) and restaurants. It has 7/11 on the ground floor which is open 24/7.

It only had a “bar fridge” which is just too small for 2 people over 2 weeks.

Great location. Hot shower with good water pressure. Generator for the frequent "brownouts"- welcome to the Philippines.

Pots and pans were a nonstick type like Teflon that had been over heated and metal utensils used in them, the bottoms were scratched up so using them would get the teflon, a carcinogen, in your food. No thanks. Small shower. Small refridgerator.
