Not much except the local butcher was near and the kitchen was adequate.

Cold, dark, advertised hot tub NOT, advertised fireplace NOT WORKING, advertised Wi-Fi THEY DID NOT PAY YHE BILL SO NO WIFI for 4 days, no closet to hang clothes, no place to put the suitcase except the living room table, no place comfortable to sit, loud street noise. NO GARBAGE COLLECTION or PLACE TO PUT IT!!!! Staff unresponsive to help with garbage access or WiFi. Just ridiculous service. 24/7 Access to help NO‼️‼️

Very spacious, well equipped kitchen. Great location. Awonderful place in a wonderful city!

You have to bring your own salt, pepper, spices and oil. The checkin was sort of a hassle.

Plenty of space. Lovely apartment. Very comfortable beds. Great facilities.

Great location in Lucca, clean and spacious it felt like a home and not a place to just stay. The facilities are great, Wi-Fi good strength so if you use it a lot then its great for you.

The 3 set of steps when you have luggage :( because of the location there can be a lot of outside noise from the walkers by as Italians shout rather than talk and the bars at the end of the road.

The pictures are accurate, what you see is what you get - a clean, spacious apartment with a nice design, equipped with most of the appliances you might need. • Very good location, close to all major attractions, ~15 minutes from the nearest big supermarket, ~ 20 minutes from the train station, at the moment partly accessible by car. It's on the second floor, no elevator. • Back windows lead to a closed garden which is usually quiet. • Self check-in / check-out is easy enough. Overall we think it needs some improvements and more attention / hospitality from the owner to be worth the money, otherwise it's suitable for a short visit of beautiful Lucca.

Its shortcomings are due to the lack of care for the property and for the guests. • During our stay (August 2023) there were ROADWORKS in front of the apartment - we weren't informed beforehand. • There are some issues that could be easily fixed by the owner - broken plugs and shutters, flickering lights and other such problems. • Our stay was during a major heatwave and the apartment is NOT prepared for this type of weather. The lack of AC was felt considerably, at least they could've prepared a bottle of cold water. Mosquito netting on windows and a small (dusty) fan were helpful. • The only complimentary toiletries we got were some small packets of shower gel and towels, be sure to come prepared. • We were spammed with the online check-in, even if it was already completed. Also, a lot of personal data is required for it.
