Big Apartment with Lake View and Three Bedrooms

All is good.Perfect.

On second floor, amazing view of lake.

It’s very difficult to park a big car in parking. Not enough space for big family car.

It was clean :) Check in via key box and code Apartment is new, well equipped and clean It has a very nice view

The view from the balcony pays everything. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Easy to accommodate 6 people. Beds are comfortable.

There are some people leaving permanently in the property and they are very unfriendly and look very unhappy about the visitors. They denied us using the backyard and garden although all of this is showed on the pictures of the property. Also we had 3 bedrooms apartment and came with 2 cars but we were only able to park 1 car at property. This also should be written in the apartment description.

This place is full of issues. The first issue is the host is very unresponsive. As soon as you enter the apartment, you are on your own. We had wifi issue and I asked the host to fix it, but he stopped responding. The keys were also provided via a lock with a passcode and this is how we returned the keys. So there was no interaction with the host. In the ad, it is mentioned that there is a Parking, but this parking is for very small car and if you have a bigger car, there is no way you can drive from the street to the parking in one go as the driveway is extremely narrow and full of pebbles. (would not recommend if you have an SUV) On top of that, there is a weird smell, which comes every single time you enter the apartment. The furniture is extremely old and the bed creates noises when one sits or stands up. The utensils in the kitchen were sufficient but the cleaning products weren't. There was hardly 1 ml of dishwasher liquid which was diluted with water (see picture attached) The fans are not working, and there are many appliances in the apartment which are not working. The apartment is full of spiders and the webs are visible (see pictures attached). The cleanliness of the bed sheets are questionable as one could see a red spot in the comforter(duvet) - (see pictures attached). The house contains portraits on the walls which are kind of spooky. On the third night, all of a sudden there was a weird smell of burning flesh. Even though I booked for four nights, I left the apartment after the third night as the overall energy in the house was very negative. Worst stay ever.

The view is stunning. The bedroom also have the view. Very clean, complete utensil, near to supermarket, near to the lago. Near to the cheapest boat ride. Absolutely recommended.
