Luxurious & Stylish Penthouse with Private Pool

Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet! Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Microwelle, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Badehandtücher einfach alles was man braucht. Die riesige Terrasse und der Pool sind ein absolutes Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host läuft schnell und reibungslos. Alles in allem wirklich ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Paar unterwegs. Die Aufteilung des Apartments mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern war super geeignet dafür. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren ebenfalls sehr gut, auch wenn wir diese im Mai noch nicht viel gebraucht haben.

Die Baustelle im Ort erschwert das Parken. Da braucht es etwas mehr Geduld.

Excellent apartment - well equipped with cooking utensils, towels, toiletries etc. Beautiful balcony with a pool and barbecue facilities also. The host was really was to communicate with!

Ładnie urządzony apartament na ostatnim piętrze (penthouse). Trzy niezależne sypialnie. Ładne widoki. Akurat trafiliśmy na długi okres świąt państwowych, więc prace budowlane na pobliskiej inwestycji były wstrzymane. Nieopodal budynku zatrzymuje się większość linii autobusowych, więc dojazd jest niezmiernie łatwy do centrum jak i na lotnisko / z lotniska. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Uwaga na mrówki - cukier musi być szczelnie zamknięty. Inwazja ślimaków na tarasie była całkiem urocza! :) Basen jest czysty, ale z uwagi na dość niskie temperatury w grudniu - nie był używany. Ah, mieliśmy mały problem z ciepłą wodą podczas kąpieli, dopiero po kontakcie do gospodarza udało się włączyć piecyk, który tę wodę podgrzewa. Potem już przez cały pobyt nie było problemów. Generalnie pobyt bardzo udany bez większych problemów. Polecamy!

W okresie zimowym trzeba zaraz po przybyciu włączyć grzanie w klimatyzacjach (drobne szpary w oknach powodują, że jest dość przewiewnie - idealne na okres letni). Niestety nie wszystkie piloty działają z uwagi na problemy z bateriami (powinny być natychmiast wymienione). W łazienkach brakuje dodatkowych wieszaków lub chociaż jednego stojaka. Pod jednym z pryszniców jest urwana uszczelka i woda po prostu wylewała się do łazienki.

We were really happy with the beautiful Penthouse! It had everything you could need, even power plug adapters! The Penthouse was very clean and the roof top terrace was amazing and huge! Our host Jaime was also great! We arrived early and eventhough the Penthouse was still being cleaned from the guests before us, we were able to go inside already to leave our luggage there! And the day we left, we also got a late check-out after asking, which was also amazing! I can really recommend this Penthouse and the host :-)

Nice and spacious accommodation, conveniently located and the pool was definitely a plus.

There is currently major construction work going on in the area, which makes it noisy and dusty, but once it's over it will definitely be quieter again.
