Roof garden was great, great showers, central location, comfy beds

Loud music till 4 am on 2 nights , quiet on a Fri night (strange??). 4 flights of stairs

The location is fantastic and that is definitely the best thing about the whole apartment. The apartment is neat and spacious.

The apartment is actually on 3 floors, in the first there are bedrooms and a bathroom, on the second there is a bathroom and then on the third there is a kitchen with a terrace. We were very surprised by the condition of the terrace, where the broken parasol and deck chair, which are also unusable, were stored. All in all, a very unused space with a lot of potential. The dishwashing sponge was very dirty and had been used for a long time. There was no broom/vacuum cleaner/floor sweeper or anything we could use to clean up behind us in the apartment. . We received only one set of keys, which included the key to start the air conditioner. This means that if two people leave and take the keys with them, the person who stays in the apartment remains without air conditioning. Very inconvenient for three adults who don't go out and go to bed at the same time. I understand the unwise use of air conditioning, but this is not the best way to prevent it.

The appartment has two good size bedrooms, plus 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge. It was an excellent size if you want to spread out. The host communicated well and attended to our request. It was in a great location, close to eateries, sights and transportation. The apartment was clean.

Unfortunately, when we were there there was a pungent smell coming from the pipes. The owner sent someone to look at it and fixed it, however it started coming back as time passed. I think that the building pipes are old and there is not much that can be done.

Very clean and large apartment. Cristian was very nice host. Good location near city centre.

- The location is perfect, close to the main attractions; the shuttle bus from the airport stops just 3 minutes away from the building - The apartment is spacious and well-equipped; it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small roof terrace, and a kitchen with everything you may need (even coffee, spices, sugar, oil, and vinegar). We didn't cook, though, as the variety of good restaurants nearby is astonishing! - Communication with the host and check-in were great - The internet speed was good - There was even a guest umbrella in the corridor (convenient for the rainy days)

Not a drawback, but something to know about: - There is no elevator, and the stairs are quite a challenge (we didn't have bulky luggage, so it wasn't an issue for us). The flat itself has two floors with an indoor staircase - We stayed there in January, so it was pretty cold at night (you would want to bring a warm pajama in the cold months). The host provided an electric heater (fan), but it was too noisy to let it run overnight - I missed a warm blanket with a regular duvet cover (only linen with a thin bedspread was provided)

I loooved this apartment! Location great! 100% recommended.
