This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Crawford Street Studio, by the Design Traveller in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property does not allow smoking and pets, breaking this rule will incur a 300GBP fine. Please note that strictly no person(s) outside of the booking are allowed in the listing without prior approval. There will be a 350GBP charge if found breaking this rule. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, there will be a 350GBP charge. A deposit may be required at the property.
