1. I made the booking for my husband and child. I was not travelling with them. In my booking, I wrote this and gave the owner my husband’s mobile number. Tv remote control was not available. My husband called and sent messages to the owner, but he never kindly replied. I also called, but he did not reply. He did reply to my message sent via booking.com. He said he would bring a new one the following day. We were leaving the following day.. and he knew it, obviously. A small problem per se, but the fact the owner never answered the calls nor called back nor answered a What’s App message does not play in his favour. Had it been a more serious problem, my husband would have not been able to speak to him. Not everything can be written in a message. 2. Heating system was difficult to understand

I like the facility, all the forniture, elegantly arranged and there was all kind of stuff to be very comfy: air conditioning in all rooms, the coffee machine, toast machine, water boiler and so on... I found it very clean in any spot. It is very central so you can easily reach any place of the city very fast and easygoing.

The only bad thing it's that in the front of the entrance there is a bar which make live music till late at night. Sound is very loud and there is no other than joining the party :-D

I liked the location of the place, which was really close to the best places in Pavia.

Before my arrival, the host gave me the choice to leave the keys in a place outside the apartment, to check in whenever I wanted. The directions seemed easy, but he forgot that the front door was faulty and that I had to make some magic moves with the key to get into the apartment. Upon arrival, I couldn't unlock the door. I've tried to contact the owner, and I couldn't find him. I was asking for help from the people in the neighbour shops, who were very kind. The owner contacted me an hour later through text messages, although I had called him, in which he was coming back after long hours of absence. I got in after a while due to the neighbours' help, not the owner's.
