Alles was prima in orde. Badkamer is wel wat verouderd maar alle werkt.

USWe loved the video machines that were in the back room very nostalgic. The kitchen had all modern appliances.
The only issue we had were that there was roaches in the kitchen.

The pictures are old pictures from like years ago. The front of the house is Hella overgrown with a shit ton of plants, the chairs out front are so dirty and filled with Cobb webs. The windows were dirty as well and Cobb webs every were. The back yard is a mess with leaves sticks everywhere. My dog found a plastic fork back there and ate it then threw it up. The trash wasn't taken out and was filled. The bed sheets were dirty and had some weird stains on them. They had COCKROACHES in the kitchen and bathroom. Spiders in the house as well. The light in the living room corner only one bulb worked and was covered in dust and webs. A week into our stay the ac broke done and the house stayed in the high 80s they said they'll get maintenance out there and all he did was change a air filter and they tried saying it was changed 3 months ago nope that thing was filthy and even the maintenance guy said it had to be well over 3 months for it to be that filthy. And that did not solve the ac problem. 2 days later HOV person came and said it was frozen over but even if it wasn't it would have broken down soon. The doors barely close at all. I would highly not recommend this place till they get things fixed completely. I paid 2,335 and only got 228 back for the ac being broken for the nights affected.
USPros: the management company is very responsive. Important to know: the bathroom is a jack and jill shared between 2 bedrooms. If you have a person using the third bedroom, that means if they need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, they have to go through one of the bedrooms. It's an old house so floors creak and doors need to be pulled hard to fully shut, which is likely to wake up others.
Cons: Cockroaches in the kitchen. The management company was responsive and plans to get pest control out. The dishwasher was broken and is likely what contributed to several dirty dishes we encountered. Management was responsive and is going to get this fixed as well. There were no hand towels for the bathroom and only one kitchen towel, which became an issue because the dishwasher didn't work. The kitchen is not well equipped. Cleaning was subpar. We found half finished water bottles in the backyard, behind the couch pillow, under a bed, and a bottle top on the bathroom floor. Lights in the bedroom would flicker repeatedly and living room lights would often dim out and come back when the AC kicked on or for no apparent reason at other times. A previous review from 2024 mentioned the broken door handle in the back, this is still accurate. Parking was available, but, there are fewer spaces in the evening. One of our guests drove a pick up truck and someone put a box of trash in the back of their truck. The backyard would be a lovely place to spend time, but the chairs were covered in cobwebs or upside down under the back stairs with no way to clean them, so it wasn't a space we could enjoy. Each of these issues individually (minus the cockroaches) are things it's normally easy to get past, but so many things compounded made this a place I cannot recommend for others nor would I stay there again.
USReally enjoyed all the vividly colored artwork throughout the house - location was ideal in quiet neighborhood with easy parking, as well as easy walk from residence to local groceries and restaurants (and super well-equipped kitchen). It was a perfect location for the family event we were attending in Clarksburg, with convenient access to downtown Sacramento on front and back end of our visit.
USArtist bungalow was a very attractive setup, it was nice inside and very clean.
I didn’t like the area, it was brought to my attention that it is going through gentrification and is known for gang activity, which put me at unease. I rented the air b and b to attend a funeral for a loved one, and it was a great rate and really nice inside, the yard could have been maintained a little better.
USKids enjoy the arcade room. Feels like at home.
