Cosy 2 bedroom home with free parking near city

Great little cottage a short walk from South Gyle station, with a frequent direct route to Waverley Station. All home comforts! Ideal quiet location for a visit to central Edinburgh.

The house is great, with two floors and a yard. It’s very clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all kinds of utensils.

The only downside is that the water pressure for the shower is very low, and the water is not hot enough. The showerhead also leaks a bit — maybe it should be replaced. Everything else is perfect.

Very cosy

As the name suggests, it is a very cozy cottage in a quiet neighbourhood. Well maintained and with good amenities. The host was amazing. Not only did she give us an early check in she was also. Very friendly and quick in communication which i really appreciated.

The upstairs bathroom is tiny.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage! It was lovely and cozy, making it the perfect place for a quick weekend break. A big plus was its convenient location close to the airport, which made traveling super easy. The cottage was warm, clean, and excellent value for money. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the owners was great—they were responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place for your weekend away.

The only small suggestions for improvement would be a bigger TV in the sitting room with some channels already loaded, and a bottle of water in the fridge would have been a nice touch, especially since we arrived around midnight with no shop nearby. But other than that, everything was great, and I’d definitely stay again!

Good communication and good value not far from the airport. Very satisfied with the experience.
