Villa with Park Views close to Liverpool Centre

Good location outside of the city (£15 Uber to the centre). Loads of on street parking. Spacious for a large group. We felt it was good value for money, but the house does need closer attention with cleaning in some areas. On arrival the hosts were friendly and welcoming but we would have liked better communication from the them in the days leading up to check in as we asked some questions and tried calling but didn’t get any response.

The property was beautifully equipped, clean, and located in a convenient and quiet area — we really felt at home.

Everything was great — we truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice and large, plenty of space

Dirty, loads of rats running around the garden because of rubbish in hedges, zero hot water???? Couldn’t wash.

Top floor bath didnt drain, Wifi not working and the garden really needs a clean up.

It was a great property for a group stay, well equipped and the rooms were all great.

Maybe a tad run down in places but suited what we needed.

Very close to city, easy to get to, great communication from owners. Large and lots of space. Bedrooms large and comfortable. Would recommend and would book again.

The house is Brilliant for a big group. We visited for the grand national, it was 5 miles away, so perfect. The house is a little dated, but was great value for money. All the facilities worked great, and had everything we needed. The garden could do with doing for the nice weather, that was disappointing!! All in all we enjoyed our stay, and would book again.
