Kirkgate Suites - Stylish City Centre Apartment

The apartment was well.decorated and to a very high standard. All facilities were great. The fans were an added bonus when it got hot. The bed was really comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Excellent location in the city centre.

Could have done with a few more tea bags.

We've stayed at this property before and I have already bragged about the facilities and location in another review. On this occasion everything was just as good, however, the electricity went out on the first night at about 9pm. The reason I wanted to write this review was to say how great the service was. After messaging customer services about the electricity they got back to us immediately and had looked into the problem, realised it was the external power board and had dispatched someone to fix it within the hour. They had also offered to bring us temporary lighting. The service was absolutely fantastic and I would have no hesitation in staying at this property again or any other property this company manage.

In general the property is more than ok (facilities, location, speed of wi-fi, size of the bed, the whole lot of it)...

...but pre-arrival struggle made me give the overall rating. The hoops they make you to go through and additional requirements (some sort of additional forms, deposit of £250, endless questions and messages) are way too much for just 2-night stay so beware

Cosy, clean and comfortable. Location exceptionally useful for centre of Leeds. Surprisingly quiet with great insulation. Great shower, comfy bed. The pictures can't do it justice - I wasn't expecting much, but I had lovely stay and my host was extremely helpful.
