The apartment is exactly as the photos shown. It is in a beautiful classical block of apartments. The interior is tastefully fitted out, with air-conditioning. The rooms were a good size, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking! The location is just superb, we could walk to many areas of interest. We arrived early and were able to drop our bags at noon. A great stay for families and friends.

Pillows could have been better, they were more like cushions.

Apartament w centrum miasta, bardzo blisko bazyliki, parlamentu. Bardzo duzy i przestronny. 3 sypialnie (wygodne łóżka), 2 łazienki, salon z aneksem. Pomimo że budynek znajduje sie przy ruchliwej ulicy w środku jest cicho - apartament jest na 3cim piętrze.

Jedyne co mogło by poprawić nasz pobyt to ekspres do kawy, którego brakowało. Ale na parterze jest mała kawiarnia wiec nie ma tragedii.

Estaba sucio , había un calcetín debajo de una cama que no era nuestro . Una de las camas era muy baja , otro armario era demasiado alto para colgar la ropa. No nos dieron las instrucciones correctas para entrar y fue un momento estresante hasta que averiguamos cómo. Una habitación no tenía aire y tuvimos que sortearla.

We had a fantastic stay at Luxury Royal Residence in Budapest. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean — even better than the photos. It's located in a fantastic area, close to lovely cafés, restaurants, and shops, and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. Christine was an excellent host — very responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had promptly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The only minor thing to note is that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have air conditioning. However, if you leave the bedroom door open, the cool air from the rest of the apartment circulates well and it’s perfectly comfortable. It certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again
