Property was modern and clean. It had everything we needed (kitchen/bath/linens).

Temperatures were a little high in the unit for the first two days (August temps). However, central air is not as common in this area and with windows and doors opened, it cooled down nicely.

Die Küche mit dem verbundenen Wohnbereich ist sehr geräumig und lädt zusammen mit dem Balkon zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist erstklassig ausgestattet, so dass bei uns keine Wünsche übrig blieben. Trotz der Lage an einer großen Straße mit Busanbindung vor der Haustüre, ist es in der Wohnung ruhig (Dreifachverglasung). Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war schnell herzustellen und führte auch zügig zur Lösung eines kleinen Problems.

In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer ist das Fenster nur leicht kippbar, so dass selbst bei Durchzug die Luft dort nur sehr langsam ausgetauscht wird.

Apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. Everything we needed was provided. It was located near a Tesco Express which was handy and the bus stop into Edinburgh was right outside the apartment which only cost £2.20 per adult and took approx 15 minutes. Buses ran very regularly. The living room balcony looks over the water and was a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't get around to visiting the restaurants etc. around Leith but will do so when we visit again.

Would have liked an extra comfy chair in the living room just for comfort but that's just a personal choice.

Spacious and comfortable.

Many heavy doors to get through before finally getting to the accessible elevator.

Location is perfect. We could walk to Yacht Brittania and Fisherman's Wharf. Then a bus into the city. Very easy as well then to get out of the city when we left. The apartment has all mod cons, cool vibe to the neighbourhood. Great parking in the basement for our car.

Bed not super comfortable. Couch also not super comfortable. However not using either a lot on holiday.

The view over the water was good, the location was good and there was great public transport. The apartment was great and had everything that you would find in a everyday home. I really didn't want to leave.

I found the bed to be on the hard side. I do prefer a soft bed. The only thing I didn't like about the place was the bed, everything else was great.
