Harbour View Cottage, Rochespoint, Cork Harbour

The layout of the house is very nice, two bedrooms with a shared ensuite . both bedrooms with nice views, the one to the sea the other to the fields. The view to the sea is quite spectacular.you can see ships coming in and leaving the harbour.and like on the photo of the beach of White Bay is in walking distance and fully available at low tide. The landlords Clare and Dan were really nice and supporting. And by the way, the weather was fantastic the whole week.. some showers while the sun was shining in a blue sky, just to keep the grass green😉 we really can recommend the house 👍👍👍👍

Great harbour and sea views. Host was very accessible

Bed was hard. Wife had to sleep on a sofa. We are older with bad backs. Every bed we had during our trip (except a hotel) had hard beds. A pillowtop mattress cover would help

Super séjour dans un emplacement idéal pour visiter le comté de Cork. La communication a été parfaite avec Clare avant notre arrivée et lors notre séjour pendant lequel elle s'est préoccupée de notre bien être et a répondu à toutes nos questions. La maison est située au bout d'une péninsule au calme avec une vue mer depuis le salon et le jardin. Le lieu est génial pour un séjour et des balades au bord de mer en famille. Grand merci et à une prochaine fois si nous revenons dans la région.

View and politeness of the people in the area

Peaceful location with nice views. Well equipped and responsive host. Fast wifi. Loved the morning walks to the nearby beach. Surroundings are great.

Not a huge issue just be mindful this place is not the most modern but we had a good time during our 3 night stay. The only constructive thing I'd add is that better water pressure would be great but other than that all good!
