Luxury Vacation House Oceanfront in Lila, Bohol

Amazing, spacious flat and a proper ocean view. Also sky is full of stars in the nighttime. Felt like home, or better.

Location isn’t amazing, you definitely need a vehicle.

I sincerely recommend this hotel. Very spacious apartment, fully equipped. Huge bathroom, well-decorated. Hot water in the shower and clean towels. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning. Very nice and helpful owner and very nice service. Nice surroundings, smiling and very positive people.

The apartment is modern and looks like in the pictures.

The house in which the rooms are located is right next to a major road and you always hear the traffic. Additionally, either someone from the same house or one of the neighbouring houses really liked playing loud music at 7.30 in the morning. Although the room as a whole is quite clean and looks new I did have to kill a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom coming out of the floor drain. There is also a camera in the kitchen area of the room which a sign on the wall claims is disconnected. The description of the property states that there are private entrances but that is not really the case. It is a house where a family lives and you have to pass through their living room where they sometimes watch TV. There was also a massage one of the evenings taking place in another room in the hallway leading to our rooms.

Beautiful well decorated and looked after house comfy bed and great views of the sea .

Beach didn’t have much sand on it and could do with a tidy up .Road was a bit noisy at times but not to bad at night .

Amazing property that looks just like the photos! Great AC, spacious apartment with large bathroom (two sinks), fully equipped kitchen and beachfront view from the balcony! Comfortable bed and great location. Super responsive host with great suggestions for what to do in the area :)

The water pressure could be improved but wasn’t a big issue :)

Great location. Away from the hustle of Alona beach. But if you have a car it is a perfect location to get around Bohol to see Whale sharks, chocolate hills, Tarsiers etc. The accommodation was very roomy. View of the sunrise over the ocean every morning and sunsets at night. (At least in November).

The only negative was that there is no hot water yet. Maria who owns the property is aware and is trying to sort out a solution for this. Once this is done then the place is perfect. It was hot everyday so we managed with only cold water.

Beautiful views and spacious accommodations

It was a little hard to find. Our GPS was not able to locate - we arrived after dark and it took awhile to find. But it was worth it!!!

The place is beautiful clean and great value for money. They are still working on the outside facade, but you can see the potential!

It was a bit further from lila than expected, but they made up for it by being super helpful and the, drove us to the different locations we needed to go for a cheaper price than the tuktuks. 100% recommend
