Location, cleanliness, quiet but still close to everything you need. The landlord greeted us perfectly and was extra helpful, our needs were met exactly as you could dream of.

"Wonderful stay"

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is beautifully set up—comfortable, clean, and located right in the center, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Giampaolo and Sabrina were fantastic hosts: very responsive, proactive, and full of great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. It was an absolute pleasure staying here, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a very pleasant and nice experience at this apartment. It was spotless!!! It was warm. The owner was very helpful, polite, and welcoming! Thank you, Giampaolo and Sabrina! "Exceptional"

This is truly a luxury stay in the heart of the old town. The host was super responsive and advised us where to take advantage of free secure parking, which we appreciated. The unit is modern and includes all the amenities if you want to cook or enjoy a glass of wine on the lovely balcony. The huge walk in shower is a bonus and we appreciated the strong wifi. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Great apartment very tasteful interior. nice balcony. located very central with many restaurants, bars, shops and museums around the corner. Very friendly host. Comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.
