Casa SoleLuna - alloggio turistico Rome Airport

Surprisingly spacious and very comfortable ! The hosts gave great indications for the location and we had a really nice stay. Highly recommend before an early flight. Bonus: one of the most comfortable pillows we have ever slept on!

Excellent one night stay, it’s close to the airport, easy accessible by bus during the week, weekend is more complicated, the owner can suggest the taxi driver if needed

Getting there by public transport is a bit tricky. Busses don't run very often from the airport on Sundays, and a taxi from the airport is just a rip-off at 35€. Via the host it can be arranged for 20€, which is still a bit steep for a 5 minute drive I'd say. So come prepared: bus 8 is your best option from/to the airport, check also Trotta website: https://www.trotta.it/active/fiumicino_tpl.aspx?m=1. Bus stop is not super clear at airport, just a small sign and something written on the asphalt.

Only easily accessible via taxi.

There was a kettle and tea and coffee were provided. There were pans and dishes too. The Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent value

I had difficulty finding a taxi...not available or asking too much - 55 euros which is price to go to central Rome per taxi not per person... However I asked and was told that taxi rank to go to Fiumicino town was local taxi line in centre of road in front of main taxi line and fixed price 25 euros per taxi ...This was very easy...a 15 minute ride. I booked a taxi early next morning for 25 euros and it was very punctual
