Location was excellent - on the water! Very quiet location and fabulous to look out to the boats and houseboats in the marina the apartment was extremely clean; comfortable; and very well presented overall.

"No regrets holiday stay at Sea Breeze"

The apartment was immaculate and clean. It had absolutely everything that you need. There was a bowl with a few yummy goodies upon our arrival and a personalized welcome card from the hosts. The hosts were lovely and helpful. I will definitely be back as soon as I can. Perhaps in the summer so I can sit on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Was more spacious than I was expecting. It was very well equipped, lovely decor, warm and comfortable, was perfect for our weekend stay. They have really thought about the little touches throughout. Evan was great and will be staying again.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like. IF I had to put something it would be that maybe the lovely rope stair hand rail could maybe be torte to make it easier down the stairs, but it really wasn’t that much of an issue.

"Lovely spotless apartment not far from bars and restaurants at the marina"

We had a great time and it was a nice quiet location with great views over the marina. Easy access by walking or catching a number 7 bus into Brighton. Spotlessly clean apartment with everything you need and high quality

The only slight downside (but it didn't spoil our stay) was the narrow steep stairs up to the bedroom, but this is made clear in the description anyway. Everything else was really lovely
