Lovely one-bed flat near University of Aberdeen

Outside of property is not aesthetically appealing

Close to the university. Very clean. Included everything such as a washer and dishwasher.

Excellent location near to the university for an open day visit

The property was very clean and the host was very accommodating to our needs and was very good value for money. We enjoyed our stay very much thank you again. S&K

Nothing that we didn't like.

That the owner was prepared to come to the property to sort out the tuning problem with the newly installed TV. The property is in a quite cul-de-sac & in a sunny location that when the sun is shining the 1st floor flat is bathed in natural light & is well aired. Car parking is free & we had no problems in parking up adjacent to the other property owners who we found to be very friendly. There is no view to speak of other than the other properties & the rear gardens

The flat had recently been fitted out.The kitchen was fully functional but lacked small plates,small sause pans & small frying pan, milk jug, measuring jug, mixing bowl & microwave ware. To some degree we overcame the difficulties of not having these items by using what was available. The kitchen needs a WOMANS touch to identify what is missing. The shower bath is not disabled or elderly person friendly as it has a high step over with NO GRAB RAILS to assist with entry & bathing. A non- slip shower mat is a must & a removable fold up bath seat would be a blessing. These items when in place will make this lett into 5 star for comfort & usability.
