Yellow Pots Apartment A, Luxurious Outdoor Bath

Close to town, yet just outside and quiet at night. Facilities were really good, plenty to do and the place was clean and maintained well. Good for couples.

Yellow pots was so comfortable for our stay in Wanaka. I am always fanatical about finding a place with a comfortable bed (and read every review to find out) and yellow pots did not disappoint. The kitchen has everything that you need, the lounge area is comfy. The outdoor bath was amazing after a long days walk. Location is a little out of town, short drive, but that meant it was quiet. There is a great outdoor bar and restaurant just around the corner so that was a bonus.

Prefer brighter light , although I admit, the warm ambient lighting creates cozy-at-home feeling

Love the decor of the house. It’s very well thought out, very cosy, underfloor heating was an amazing touch in the middle of winter. The host was excellent in communicating with us what we needed to know. The outdoor hot tub was phenomenal, nice and big and perfect for star gazing on a winter night. Location is great super close to everything in Wanaka.

Lighting in bathrooms could be a bit better as hard to see well with the black furnishings. Hot tub wasn’t super clean when we first arrived, but being outdoor I imagine it could be difficult to keep spotless. Bbq grill outside would have been a bonus addition.
