easy access, easy contact with the manager. very large apartment with a nice terrace. very well located.

minor thing: shower faucet needs to be fixed but shower still works

"Exceptional"

We were looking for a bigger space for our stay in Heraklion and could not have asked for a better location. It was central for all our needs and logistics. The apartment is pleasant, homey and has everything one might need (including a washing machine, 2 ACs, plenty of towels, pillows, full kitchen). The balcony is very tranquil in the evenings. The check in was smooth. There is a 1 floor walk-up before the elevator in case accessibility is in question for the next guests.

Bathroom curtains can be refreshed.
