"Haben diese schimmlige Unterkunft frühzeitig verlassen."

Die Umgebung der Yurte ist einzigartig. Der umgebende Wald bietet z.B. Hasen ein Zuhause und der Teich ist umgeben von einer Riesenpflanze. Es ist ein wenig wie bei Alice im Wunderland.

Die Yurte ist innen verschimmelt und es riecht deshalb auch extrem feucht. Zudem sind die sanitären Anlagen weit entfernt und ebenfalls nur in knapp annehmbarem Zustand. Wir haben die Unterkunft deshalb nach einer statt drei Nächten wieder verlassen und mussten eine zusätzliche Unterkunft buchen.

The hosts were lovely and the setting is quiet and peaceful with birdsong from dawn til dusk. The gardens were unexpected and different!!

I hadn't experienced a yurt before, and hadn't therefore thought about running water and what to do about "facilities" etc. .... all were provided within a short walk, well lit at night.

"A humble little idyll"

Awesome place. To think that this little piece of paradise was planted from seed by Brian for his family. Inspiring and beautiful. We only wish we had started our own project sooner!

It was fine for us, with clear personal directions from Brian, but some physical signs/waymarkers to loos/ showers to remind us when returning to the woodland, would maybe be useful!

"One night stay that was a delight"

The yurt was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. It was great being the only yurt there and the wooded area was a joy to walk around. Brian was very accommodating and we were lucky enough to get in a bit earlier than the time stated. Toilet and shower facilities were well equipped and very clean aswell.

There were no eggs left to buy when we left.😭😭😭
