Ground floor well appointed cosy flat in Ludlow

Great location and well equipped. Good communication with hosts after booking. Nice touch to provide tea,coffee, milk and a cake on arrival.

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment is really as described - and well appointed. The bed and sofa are comfortable there are clean linen and towels and the shower is great. The apartment is a little home from home with all necessary crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. lots of little extras like cling film, kitchen towels, condiments, etc. and a much appreciated welcome pack for a seamless arrival. The hosts were very accommodating, we telephoned them, as we had arrived early, in the pouring rain (on a motorcycle) and they kindly allowed us immediate access. There is a large TV and great facilities it felt spacious and clearly a lot of thought has gone into making your stay a pleasant one. we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - even a wee sherry and a delicious cake to make it that more special. The parking is a massive bonus!! The apartment is very conveniently located a couple of minutes from the centre, up a short incline. We enjoyed eating out at the lovely Indian restaurant and there are lots of pubs that serve food and places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great Chinese takeaway just up the road, Ludlow had lots to offer including markets and antique shops and not forgetting the wonderful castle and assembly rooms. We’d definitely love to return to Mortimers Folly again soon!

A splendid holiday apartment, very fully equipped, with private parking a short walk from the centre of Ludlow. We just tried to book again for later in the year, but unfortunately (for us), it is already taken! We can see why it is so popular. Much thought went into the layout and the design.

There was nothing that we or other visitors would not like or find fault with. Peter's info pack pre-arrival was very comprehensive. We did not meet the hosts (having no reason to trouble them).

The flat is described as "well appointed, cosy" and that's absolutely right. Everything was clean, tidy and of good quality. The glass of sherry and lemon drizzle cake as welcome items were much appreciated. Comms from the hosts were just right ahead of the stay. For a location so central in old Ludlow, guaranteed parking is a valuable bonus.

Very well equipped apartment, comfortable and so convenient for the old town centre. Private reserved parking. Nice hospitality package provided on arrival.

Nothing really. Sofa was a bit saggy, but quite usable.

This is the second time that we have used this flat as accommodation for my elderly father in law. He had a great time and was able to manage well in the flat with no problems. The flat is clean and comfortable, with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. Location is excellent for exploring the town and its surrounding areas.

Nothing needs to be improved. It's a great offering and many thanks to the owners for making it so user friendly.
