The place was disgustingly filthy, mould, damp, stained matrasses, dead insects on the floor, lots refuse in the garden, I wouldn't allow a dog to stay their. didn't even stay one night, complained and wouldn't refund. Offer another property but only a three bed and needed / had booked a 4 bed - the photos speak for themselves. I book multiple accommodations for employees on each week and I can honestly say I have never seen anything so bad. Booked for 4 night and didn't stay one. I have since found numerous similar bad reviews on line. If I could have given a score less than 1 I would have.

If their is a zero rating, they will do deserve it and first thing they made a false advertisement took all our money for one property and they allotted another cheap property which is less then what we have paid for. No proper intimation, no proper explanation for their mistake and in freezing cold at night they are asking to check out and not goona give our money back until Monday though we made a bank transfer on Friday. They agreed for 50% refund and not yet refunded and booking.com costumer service is good then these landlords who are listed false adds and looting people money and for kind information to everyone not to book this house and the beauty is though they confirmed booking for us they still showing as property available and trying to loot everyone. Very disappointing

Urgent: Immediate Attention Required for Multiple Issues in Property - Vetrelax 4bedroom House with garden and parking To whom it may concern, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention several serious issues that urgently require your immediate intervention. These problems pose potential health and safety risks. Damage behind the front door and brown marks on the carpet: Upon entering the property, it is immediately apparent that the area behind the front door has sustained some damage. In addition, there are brown marks on the carpet that are unacceptable. Broken mirror in the downstairs w.c.: The mirror in the downstairs w.c. is broken and poses a risk of injury. Shower Door & Mould: The shower door won't close properly, which renders it essentially unusable. Additionally, there is visible mould growing on the rubber seal, which poses health risks. Fridge Issues: The fridge has mould and a build-up of ice, making it unhygienic and potentially dangerous for storing food. Oven Shelf Condition: There is visible fur on the metal shelving, which is unhygienic and unacceptable. Fire Alarm: The fire alarm batteries appear to be drained, as evidenced by the constant beeping. This is a serious safety concern that needs to be addressed immediately. Lack of Response to Messages: I have sent several messages regarding these issues but have not received any response. Phone Contact: Attempts to reach you by phone have also been unsuccessful. After being placed on hold and listening to hold music, the call was disconnected. Bloody Fingerprints: Disturbingly, there are bloody fingerprints on one of the bedroom walls. Human Hairs in the Bed: Upon inspection of the bed, I found human hairs that are clearly not mine. The above issues are unacceptable and need to be dealt with as a matter of urgency. Given the severity and range of these problems, I would appreciate it if you could prioritize them immediately.

NOTHING. it was left in awful condition, there was blood stains on one of the bed, the other bed was damp with mold on it, none of the pillows had any pillow cases on, it was freezing with no heating or hot water. Absolute joke of a house i wouldn't stay here if you paid me. Came here after doing a night shift at around 4am, lasted 2/3 hours before we couldn't stand it any longer and had to leave to go to a premier inn. Still haven't received refund either.

Dirty house

nothing it was a filthy dirty run down hole that should be allowed to be let out. Booking.com should take a look at the standards of property it allows on its site.

everything. builders waste in front of house bags of rubbish in rear yard dirty dirty kitchen water coming through the ceiling from bathroom all rooms filthy only reason we didn’t leave strait away was there was no where else available at such short notice

Location.

The house wasn't in good condition. It seemed like nobody had visited that place for a long time. Smells weird. The Garden was untidy. No proper parking as was mentioned—broken glasses at the front door. freezer parts were broken. didn't have enough toiletries. While taking shower upstairs bathroom, it was leaking downstairs. one of the beds wasn't set up properly as there was no bedsheet. the microwave wasn't functioning. Uncomfortable beds. No locks in both bathroom. Not happy at all. Need good cleaning.
