Thank you so much for a wonderful time! The apartment is very clean and has everything I need. The location is amazing. There's a park and cafe nearby. Special thanks for your hospitality and responsiveness to all my requests. I highly recommend it.

Poloha v rámci města byla skvělá.

Nedodržování nočního klidu v rámci apartmánů. Dvě noci z pěti byly hlučné až do rána. Obě noci probíhaly nějaké oslavy. Apartmánový komplex byl volně přístupný. Vchodové dveře zůstávaly otevřené.

Odlična lokacija, sve znamenitosti u Donjem i Gornjem gradu dostupne su pješice tj. nije potrebno koristiti javni prijevoz ili taxi. Lijepo uređen interijer, mirno i tiho uprkos činjenici da ste u centru Zagreba. Neposredna blizina Glavnog željezničkog kolodvora.

Ovo ne treba shvatiti kao kritiku, već kao priliku da najmodavac dodatno poboljša kvalitetu objekta. To su sitnice koje ne zahjevaju znatna materijalna ulaganja, a dojam bi se bitno popravio. Potrebno je osigurati zalihu potrošnih sredstava, npr. toaletnog papira, kuhinjskih ručnika, jednokratne papuče. Osigurati ručnike bolje kvalitete, u kupaonicu nabaviti čistač za staklo kako bi se nakon tuširanja mogli ukloniti tragovi vodenih kapljica sa stjenke tuš kabine. Kuhinju nadopuniti s više vrsta čaša i šalica raznih veličina, nabaviti posudu za kuhanje turske kave, tzv. "džezvu". Razmisliti o nabavi aparata za kavu, ako ne u svaki apartman, onda barem jedan koji bi se nalazio u prostoru iz kojeg se ulazi u apartmane. I za kraj, svakom gostu pokloniti neku sitnicu (čokoladicu, bombon, vodu, sok i sl.) kako bi imao osjećaj da je dobro došao i da nije samo puki broj.

Decent amenities , very good cleanliness

Its not so much about not liking. Everything was very good , just some small points can take them even higher in terms of feedback and customer wow experience Dishwasher was not there in the apartment There was only 1 Washing machine tablet kept - they can increase this to ease the guest’s comfort Similarly they can increase the cutlery to include a couple more pots

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location couldn't have been better — right in the heart of the city with a supermarket just around the corner and easy access to public transport. There was also huge and lovely park at walkable distance, which made it a great spot to relax and unwind. The apartment itself was spotless — very neat and clean, spacious enough with an especially impressive washroom that felt modern and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, utensils and cutlery, which made cooking super convenient. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, providing all the essentials and even going the extra mile to accommodate additional requests. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay — the building was quiet, secure, and peaceful. Overall, this apartment was a perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift in the building so, if you have heavy luggage then it would take some efforts to climb the stairs with luggage. Though, not a big issue as the stairs were wide enough.

Ubicacion

La noche que llegamos, el vuelo llego con una hora de retraso, no nos habilitaron el codigo de acceso al apartamento hasta pasadas 2 horas. Tuvimos que estar esperando de madrugada en las escaleras y con las maletas unas 2 horas, sin q nadie nos atendiera. Por otro lado, los huéspedes anteriores dejaron la basura, no la tiraron, lo que supuso que todo el apartamento estuviese lleno de mosquitos, tuvimos que comprar insecticida para poderlos matar, reclamamos esto al alojamiento y la primera respuesta que nos dieron es que nosotras tiraremos la basura de los anteriores inquilinos. Lo volvimos a reclamary ya se encargaron ellos de tirarla Por último, el mando de la tele no tenia pilas
