Good location, bus stop straight outside and good coffee bar around the corner. We walked from this location to the main sites, but we like walking - perhaps some would rather the bus but very close and convenient location overall

Slightly confusing check in, but makes once you've done it a few times. Didn't help we arrived in the dark! Otherwise no downsides to location.

Note, I have a note regarding the parking lot, which I paid for when I was booking the apartment. I wrote to you on several occasions that I had no information about it, you wrote to me that I would have information one day before arrival, but even then I did not receive it. I wrote to you again so that I get information that I need to get the remote control for the parking from your offices. This was problematic and stressful for me because I am in the city for the first time, at the time of the biggest crowd in the city center looking for your office, parking space, I lost about 2 hours and I feel that all of this could have been avoided by simply leaving the remote in the Apartment as I left it when I left. I chose this apartment mainly because of the parking which is very important to me and also when I was booking the apartment it was writen that the parking is 6 euro per day but you charged me 10 euro per day. I am writing this with best intention so that you can do something about it and the other guests won’t face this problem like I did. With everything else about the apartment I was very satisfied.
