Summertime Bliss - Mangawhai Heads Holiday Home

This place was a perfect size for our 3 families! We came to Mangawhai for a family wedding and the location was excellent. Highly recommend this place!!!

I kind of felt like we were intruding on owners space a little bit as wardrobes were filled with clothes etc, jandals outside the door lol laundry basket had wet cloths ? from the last clean. But other than that it was awesome!!

The house was very big with an amazing meeting room and outdoor deck

No room in the wardrobe to put things and no room in the freezer. Also very hard to find the house no number outside the right of way and google maps gives you the wrong house

The beds in the rooms had changed since we made our booking. There were not 2 single beds in one room, instead a double.

Love the space around the whole house and we were quite taken for the art work around the home in and out. It was intriguing to look at. Love the beds ...comfortable ass. Love the quietness, driving around was good, everything was close by. Markets were pretty good abit expensive. Lovely people. Dune Restaurant was nice lovely staff and patrons made us feel welcome and comfortable 😊

Should mention in the house rules section the removal of the rubbish and as for the linen section clarify it please, either BRING top and bottom sheets and pillows case with you OR DON'T bring them. That was confusing when read it. So we brought our own just in case.

Large house, two bathrooms, two separate toilets.

The windows were filthy inside and out. The BBQ was rusty. The toilet seat in the ensuite was falling off. The hand basin in the ensuite the water wouldn't drain away.
