Luxury 2-Bedroom Service Apartment with Balcony

Nothing it was dirty and communication was horrible

To start communication with the host was horrible. We contacted them to ask about hair dryers and possible early check in with no replies until I had to repeatedly text and call them. Then we were told we would be contacted with key information once it was cleaned and still had to call after the check in time to get the key. Once in the apartment there were only 3 towels for 4 people one of which was stained. Stains that had been bleached out of the sheets Other sheets were very worn and bobbly. Stove had drips all over it and crumbs all over the toaster Lamps were broken Burns in the furniture Used clothing including underwear in the dresser drawers which were smashed in as well. Cobwebs on walls as well as black handprints on the bedroom walls. Half used bar of soap in the shower. Toilet flush button was broken. I don’t find it at all acceptable that someone would charge someone to stay here

The apartment was relatively ok.

Stayed outside for almost an hour with my wife and kids. Wrong flat number and wrong key box code were communicated. Apparently we were deliberately kept outside as the cleaner was just hurriedly cleaning the apartment, my wife felt the apartment was even a scam. Until the cleaner finished, that was when she came downstairs with the key. Elevator door doesn't open sometimes for you to get out on the 2nd floor where the flat is. Cooking difficult for a family as there was one frying pan and a small pot to cook for 1 or 2 persons. Oven was pretty dirty, after taking time to clean it to use to grill chicken, the entire light tripped off. Host reluctantly and takes forever to respond to text messages, seems adverse to calls..In all we managed ourselves

The place was in a good location. Building was clean and instructions was very clear.

The location was the reason for this choice as we needed to get to the cricket. Parking was fine

For the money I would not call this a luxury apartment

We were in the same accomodation,

I wouldn't say it's a luxury apartment at all, it's in grave need of decorating , furniture had handles missing toilet flush broken , glasses sticking to the cupboard so washed every thing before using, hairs in the bathroom floor stains on carpets and once the bleach smell the cleaner left passed it just smelt damp . Host was rude wouldn't even answer the phone when we arrived to find no key in the key safe . Only three towels for four people , and when told the host text saying tell the cleaner even after replying, with the cleaner has left there was no contact for the remainder of the two days . It's cost ten pound to uber in to town ..some info on transport would be nice . It was a base but definitely not luxury even the balcony wasn't safe with boards lifted .
