La ubicación esta excelente por la cercania a donde ibamos a estar con la familia, la zona tambien esta muy bonita y tranquila. El anfitrion me atendio muy bien al llegar y los departamentos estan muuuy bien, muy bonitos y muy confortables, no duden en quedarse en este lugar. Tienen lavadora , es un plus maravilloso para estancias mas largas y viniendo con la familia. Y tambien fue maravilloso su cochera techada, nos sentimos muy seguros al tener los autos bien resguardados.
la verdad todo estuvo muy bien, solo un par de detalles, en nuestra habitacion tenia una pequeña caida de agua en la sala que caia exactamente sobre la mesa de centro, si hubiera dejado ahi mi lap top se hubiera dañado. Y lo segundo malo fue que nuestro check out fue en domingo y estuve marcandole , escribiendole whatsapp, le escribi dentro de la app de booking y nunca nos contesto, ya no pude expresarle mi agradecimiento pero sobretodo explicarle lo que necesitaba, la comunicacion fue imposible y creo deben de estar atentos a lo que sus huespedes pueden necesitar aunque sea domingo.

Location is great, close to world class Soumaya museum, and shopping. Spacious property. Great value. Would stay here again if some of the issues outlined below are addressed.
The furniture is subpar. Sofas and chairs are not comfortable to sit on. There are no shelves or stands to put toiletries in the bathroom or in the shower. Need fans in rooms. Addressing these problems will ensure 5 star reviews. Noise from above floors is easily transmitted.

Great location (safe too), clean, very spacious, very well equipped, easy to check-in & out, and really nice place overall. Octavio (the host) is a great, service-oriented person.
-I was disappointed to see such a price increase since last year (during the same season), and also that now I had to pay extra 300 MXN for a crib, when last year it was free of charge (it's a very small amount, however it comes across as a greedy move, especially after the price increase). I'm going to have o consider alternatives to stay next year. - Some of the facilities require maintenance (washing machine was acting strange, and there was water leakage through the kitchen window when it rained)
