Beautiful Character 3 Bed City Centre Apartment

Brilliant location for a group of friends wanting to experience Bath, everything is within walking distance. Property is perfect size for 6 people, great sized rooms with comfy beds. Lovely lounge area for socialising.

One bathroom between six people was a struggle but can’t be helped.

I liked that it was in the city center and that the bed linens were clean.

I didn’t like that the towels had large yellow stains, and beneath the toilet seat, there were traces of urine and hairs. The cleanliness was lacking, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, the heating was limited, which was problematic, especially in December, considering that the windows are old wooden ones that let the cold in quickly. Furthermore, we were provided with only one roll of toilet paper.

The location was fantastic. Overlooking a lovely square with a great coffee shop next door. Close to all the sights of beautiful Bath. We are 3 sisters 'of a certain age' and enjoyed having a good-sized bedroom each, as well as having a living space to relax in after a busy day. The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of good quality towels were provided. Good size dining table - not that we had to use it, there are so many great restaurants and tea shops in Bath. Good communication with the team managing the apartment.

Small gripes..... the bathroom is dated but was clean and adequate. The living area was great for 3 people, but would struggle to accommodate 6 adults. Probably ok for a couple with children. Be aware that the apartment is on the top floor of an old building, so there are lots of stairs. We didn't have a problem with that, but it wouldn't be suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.

Location was spot on to the hustle and bustle and prime landmarks of Bath.

The carpets throughout were dirty and the entire apartment really needs a bit of a revamp.

Great location , very clean and everything you needed for a weekend break away. Clean bedding and towels provided. Great communication and answer any questions quickly.

Nothing to not like

Location was excellent. Apartment good and well equipped though lounge seating not quite adequate for six. Provision of basics such as washing up liquid, tea, coffee, salt and pepper greatly appreciated Appreciated having access to Netflix etc

Oven very dirty and smoky when used, shaver light in bathroom and cooker hood not working. Dining table unstable with screws falling out. Rain coming through ceiling vent in bathroom. Minor thing but no ordinary channels on tv Didn't realise it was on 3rd floor but should have asked.
