Imperio Residence Melaka - Private Jacuzzi with Seacityview stay with Wifi

I booked the room for the jacuzzi and the view. It’s one of those book, get the key and drop it off when you’re done types of accommodation. It was clean, the shower is amazing.

The jacuzzi was cold water only and you don’t have the luxury of changing any of the jet settings. The facilities need some maintenance, the tv didn’t work and the couch was a bit wonky.

Such a bad experience after seeing bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere. Explain the situation to the host but seems like not agreeing even after sending pictures.

Location was great and place was cosy to stay in.

Generally clean but had some corners with dust and small dirt particles.
