Tynewedd Farmhouse - Historic 1652 Farmhouse, Hot Tub, Sleeps 12

Great spacious property with original features, beautiful bedrooms. The hot tub is a perfect addition. Some of bedrooms are tastefully decorated and spacious with large beds.

The bunk beds are for children and certainly not for adults. The room where these are located is also very small where you have to duck to enter.

Very spacious, clean and great facilities and lovely welcome cakes and wine on arrival. Hot tub lovely and lots of space for everyone in the group

Showers were a little hit and miss, bedrooms would benefit from a couple more mirrors

The size of the property for a large family meant that everyone could be together or apart!

There was nothing that we didn’t like but the property would benefit from a vanity table in the large bedroom 😊

We loved the character of the house and it was obvious it had been renovated to a high standard. We went for a couple of local walks which were lovely. The house was warm and the facilities in the kitchen were very good. We were a group of ladies average age 62. The location on arrival could possibly be a little off putting but we went to see a singer at the rugby/social club. were welcomed with open arms and had a really great evening!!

For the owners feedback I have listed things that could be improved. We could only get the televisions in the kitchen and bunk room to work. There were no instructions and the lounge television did not work at all. Could be a problem with the remote controls. It would be helpful to have instructions for the heating system as the radiators were coming on and off at very random times eg middle of the night. The kitchen door did not shut making it hard to keep the dogs in there at night. We had to barricade it with the piano stool! A dustpan and brush for the fireplace would be helpful Another cafetiere in the kitchen and a jug would be helpful and also a ladle of some kind The showers are a bit random with the heating up and cooling down but that may not be something that could be improved A light in the vicinity of the hot tub would be good as it is very dark getting in and out! But the tub was great!! Better signage on the gate would be good as we all missed the house first drive by!!
