GBThe host is very wicked and very inconsiderate fellow h have ever met in my history of booking.com. The host literally gave my room out to another client without prior cancellation from me or himself. He said it’s his property and he can do whatever he wants. He literally stood me out in the door and refused me entry into the property because someone else has paid him for my room for 1night.. never visit this property if you want somewhere to stay around Coventry

Wasn't expecting that there will be renovation. Wasn't able to lock (even properly close) the door in my room. Kitchen wasn't nice, because it was temporary, next kitchen will be really beautiful. I couldn't park in the car park (which was in the description) because there was renovation rubbish. But there was a space to park the car on the pathway what saved the situation.
GBIt's like a building site, no TV in room, no towels, so I didn't have a shower, no place for making tea or coffee in the room. It's a good job that I was on my own. Because if my wife was with me, she would not be impressed
