The apartment was warm, clean,well equipped and communication from Jack was incredibly helpful

One thing that would have been handy would be a mirror near a plug in the main bedroom for a hairdryer etc and to do make up.

Lovely modern clean apartment within walking distance to the town center.

A security light outside the front of the property went on and off during the night, lighting up the bedroom and disturbing sleep.

Location to centre excellent, facilities all round very good. Communication from owner excellent, key retrieval as per instructions.

Would benefit from a plaque of coat hooks on entering the apartment in the small hallway. Would also benefit from details of the oven so we could go online to see how to work it.

Excellent communication from the host with clear explanation of how to get the keys. Everything was just as described. The apartment was clean and well presented, the beds comfy, the kitchen well equipped. Everything worked. If it hadn't been freezing cold and damp we would have enjoyed the outside space. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions.

Absolutely beautiful property with everything you could want and more. It’s always the little touches that make my stay ….you know the ones you weren’t expecting? Coffee pods for the coffee machine and biscuits were a lovely surprise . As was the supply of dishwasher tablets , cloths etc . The host was in touch all the way through from the booking to our actual stay and after to make sure we had the best time ….and we did! We will not hesitate to book again the next time we stay over in Harrogate as it was wonderful and so close to everything.

Nothing ! Really was a wonderful stay and so easy to walk into the centre ….whats not to like?
