A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 20:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. For reservations of more than 2 guests, the sofa bed will be prepared automatically and free of charge. For reservations of 1 or 2 guests, the sofa bed is not prepared by default. If guests would like the sofa bed to be prepared as an additional sleeping arrangement, this must be requested in advance and an extra linen/preparation fee may apply.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
