Property was very clean and the host was available at all times. Great stay

Lift didnt work sometimes but was not an issue

Close to amenities and train station

When we look at under the bed as my son toy accidentally get under the bed and the sofa, some of the dirt possibly from other previous customer still in there. The throw pillow has stain and smell on it. Not been clean throughly

The apartment was very comfortable and lovely to stay in. It comes with a dish washer and washing machine and was a perfect location for getting around. I was meant to stay 3 nights and ended up extending cause the place is so good.

Parking

The main bedroom was ok, had a tv but the remote didnt work. At least it did have working heating

1. There is no parking offered even though their website does say parking is available. They do not let you know in advance that you ha e to use public parking which is 5 minutes walk. 2. It was difficult to find the property because they forgot to send the message with how to locate the property and keys. 3. The shower did not have hot water even at max temperature it was warm. I reported the issued but they ignore me. They did not rectify this issue during my 9 nights stay. 3. The lounge which had a sofa bed the duvet was tattered/torn so I had to get my own bedding to use. (I have a picture). 4. The there was no working heating in the lounge which was also my bedroom at night. I reported this they did mot resolve for the whole 9 nights stay. They did not offer any alternative nor compensation. I got ignored messages and email. So I had a miserable Christmas with my daughter in this apartment. 5. The cooker hood didnt work so the lounge smelt of food. Had to open the window and this let cold in. Into a room that had not working heating. As essential as heating is during winter they did not do anything that resolved the matter. No apology no resolve! 6. Their communication was very poor I was always chasing for updates. But nothing ever got resolved. The best thing they could achieve was to ignore the issues i was raising even thought they took my £737! I want a refund! 7. The manager never contacted me to find a resolution but surely they enjoyed their Christmas and my money whilst me and my daughter were cold in their supposedly elegant apartmemt 3! They failed to provide the service they offered. There was nothing elegant about this property or the service received. They should be removed from booking.com! I am waiting for my refund!

Absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Received a very detailed text and video telling me how to access the keys and then how to navigate the maze of corridors to the apartment, and it was nice and secure. The apartment itself was very clean and bright and the bed was so comfy. Would 100% stay here again.
