Really didn;t feel the advert for the property reflected the property, it was tired, the fridge was on its last legs and whilst clean alot of areas were needing looking at in terms of refurb, repainting and some money being spent on the property. The bedroom with one bed in it had no curtains but did have slated blinds.

Booked this accommodation after having reviewed the Booking.com page and the terms and conditions and after paying for my reservation received an email asking to pay a deposit of £250. Albeit the deposit was refundable, there was no mention of this in the advert or the terms of business on Booking.com which was rather suspicious. I questioned this and decided to cancel my booking minutes after paying. Surprisingly I did not receive a full refund and was only given £20 back from a £170 fee payable for 1-night stay. May I also add the booking was made hours before we were due to attend and canceled within 4 minutes of paying for the reservation.

location was ideal for what we needed

the larger bedroom had bedside cabinet & lamp at other side of room, not good if you want yo read in bed, beds , pillows very uncomfortable , hardly slept, it was obvious throughout the apartment that bedding, beds were poor quality and having to pay £250 damage deposit was a bit cheeky. If you had 7 people stopping it would be cramped. It could do with a good clean, cobwebs on ceiling light fittings, bath was not cleaned properly & long dark hairs, not belonging to us. banister was sticky too touch.
