"Very rough place to spend a night"

1.0

The host was friendly and pleasant.

We were not able to stay at Toko Roti Maura guest house. When we got there, the owner told us her guest house was broken. Instead, she took us to her sister’s guesthouse. The following review is for her sister’s guesthouse: 1. The shower only has cold water. No hot water. 2. The toilet is squatting style and doesn’t have a flush. A bucket and a container is provided. After doing your “business” assuming you are able to squat, you would have to use the container to transport water into the hole to wash down the waste. To make the squatting even more challenging, there is very little room to fit one foot as one side of the squatting toilet is immediately against the wall. The place has no air conditioning, only fan.
