Hotel Ark Suites At Airport

On arrival at the hotel at midnight, I was surprised that there were three names on the outside display boards of the same hotel/ room and with the same caretaker, a first-time experience in the long tour and travel experience. We were to climb up the third stair on foot. No lift. There was no arrangement for a morning breakfast in the hotel. A fake advertisement on the internet? After persuasion at about 9-45 AM, we were taken to another hotel amidst rain. asking us to hurry up about 50 meters away, on the other side of the busy road. There were also all the eatables exhausted. When we threatened police action for deception, some minimum eatables were said to be freshly prepared. How did such a fake hotel get listed under the trusted banner of Booking.com? Kindly enquire.
