GBSammie made it super easy to find and get to the apartment. Clear description of where to park, where to get the keys. Clear photos of everything. Our booking was made at very short notice, having been let down by another property. The service and communication was excellent.
Over night the it was noisier than we are use to. but that's to be expected in a big city, especially coming from very quiet rural Wales. We had brought ear plugs and so it was fine.

GBWe absolutely loved everything about this property. It had everything exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The customer service from Neveah was amazing. Whenever I had a question, he responded very quickly and was always helpful and professional. Thank you for the great service — we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our family and friends.

GBSamatha’s (the hosts) communication was very good. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfortable. Easy walk to centre.
Took me back to my days as a student. Unfortunately not luxury. Has a bit of a stale smoke smell perhaps from previous guests.
GBVery clean and close to the coach station and centre of town. Samantha had excellent communication with me before, during and after to make sure everything was spot on. Really appreciated.
GBThe flat was super clean and fresh with wide big windows, family loved that it had an excellent WiFi connection and there were smart TV in each room with Netflix access. The location was great walking distance from the station and the owners were communicated with us throughout our stay and asked if there any queries. We come to attend a wedding ceremony in Birmingham for two nights, I'll recommend this flat to my friends.
