Host moved us to another property when we informed them about the lack of cleanliness. Requested our first night be refunded but have so far been ignored.

Unclean. Particularly the oven was disgusting. Bathroom had muck around the toilet on the floor and on the bath panel, which was loose. Not fit for habitation.

Nothing...

We made an initial booking with this company.. on our arrival at the accommodation, we called the manager and he casually told us that we had been moved to another location due to the fact that the person staying currently in the house had requested another night...The New location was extremely noisy & unpleasant. The house was located on a very busy road with ambulances traveling up and down regularly during the day and night.. the area felt generally unsafe. On entering the house, we quickly noticed that it had not been thoroughly cleaned: the fridge, the bathroom floor, the carpets & surfaces were not clean... there were stains on the radiator as well as on the washing machine, which I cleaned myself. The garden was the worst - it was full of old broken plastic toys and rubbish.. it was also significantly overgrown and just in a general mess. My partner ended up tidying all of this up as the managers failed to send someone to clean it up for us, as they had assured us on the phone. When I called to explain the situation the managers were condescending and unpleasant. They clearly were not interested in our comfort or well-being.. I am a host on Airbnb and typically receive high ratings. Speaking frankly, in my opinion, these people are not serious and do not care for their customers... For me this was a far cry from hospitality.
