Probably the location and facilities

Unit not same as advertised. Toilet slippery and dirty. Dust here and there. You will have to transfer to the agent instead of proceed payment via booking.com. I think they add on cleaning fees etc so the price is not same as advertised. They will ask you to request free cancellation after you transfer the payment. So weird as this is my first time encounter this.
