Pickup was on time. Dinner was tasty.

Check in process was all about selling us a tour. As soon as he did that he left without explaining anything, then we got the wrong room. The next room was also not as advertised at all. No kettle, matrace didn't even fit the bed, no hair dryer, no water. Curtains broken, dirty, not even enough toilet paper, old furniture. Dinner taste wasn't too bad, but it was a buffet where nothing gets replenished, so be quick or you get nothing, but of course they ask you for a tip for the chef. Water in plastic cups, cutlery made of plastic. Nothing here has anything to do with the claimed luxury. The wifi was also non existent, which would be ok for a desert if they wouldn't advertise it as high speed. Breakfast was an absolute joke, instant coffee, old bread and Luke warm egg dishes and beans, which again, don't get replenished. Or maybe they do if you tip them. All in all, they did the absolute basic to keep us alive, for this price, an absolute no go.

早朝の到着にもかかわらず、スタッフの方が迎えに来てくれてとても安心できました。 バブルテントはとても素敵で、非日常感をたっぷり味わえます。 ジープツアーとナイトツアーは本当に素晴らしく、感動の連続でした。 皆で囲んで食べるベドウィン料理は驚くほど美味しく、忘れられない思い出です。 スタッフはいつでも親切で優しく、ユーモアもあって一緒に過ごす時間がとても楽しかったです。 ここではたくさんの素敵な出会いがあり、貴重な体験ができたことに心から感謝しています。 本当におすすめの場所です。

Everything was exeptional, we are leaving Jordan with a lifetime memories from Wadi Rum thanks to effort from Helen Glamping family & their staff. You don't have to plan sunset with camels, sunrise with jeep or night stars tour, they will organize everything for you. Thank you on this experience!!!

Camera bellissima, il mio bambino l'ha adorata. Il bagno molto bello e grande. Staff gentile e disponibile. La cena è stata strepitosa!! Una delle più buone fatte in Giordania.

Akşam yemeği ve tesis düzeni iyiydi.

Oda temizliği yeterli değildi. Özellikle havlular yetersizdi ve çok temiz değildi. Sıcak su yoktu ve kahvaltı çok zayıftı.

Breakfast, but it could be because we were close to the end of it.

They were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. My friend and I arrived late in the afternoon coming from Petra, and our host from the camp met us with our driver at a convenient meeting point on the main road before driving us to camp. We didn't have much time before sunset at this point, so they efficiently and speedily helped us settle into the room and go out into the desert to do a photoshoot and explore the natural reserve sights. Even as it got dark, they made sure we were able to stop by some bedouin camps to have tea and check out their local crafts. The dinner we had back at our camp was absolutely phenomenal! I would love to go back for the food. Early the next morning, our camp host transported us back to the main road to meet our primary driver again to take us to the airport. These guys are so professional and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way in our brief visit. My friend and I are two women who were visiting from Los Angeles, and we felt very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend this camp and tour experience.
