I would have appreciated getting fast hand information that the Apartment was a shared one. Its good to know before you book.

Sind auf Anrufe nicht eingegangen und ich Stand mitten im in der Nacht da mit meinen Taschen., alles war belegt trotz Reservierung, es wurde nie Kontakt aufgenommen zu mir. Man ließ es Laufburschen, die nichts dafür konnten, ausrichten. Nicht mal den Anstamd es selbst mitzuteilen. Viele andere Kunden hatten ähnliche Erfahrungen.

Bathroom was broken

I booked this property several days before my arrival...but a few hours before, the price was changed with a 30% increase. Telling me that the room I booked was not available and knowing it only 2 hours before my arrival it created a lot of problems for me !! I advise the owner to check customer reservations more carefully. Customers make your fortune... treat them with more consideration. Don't forget this!!!!!

The facility is safe and secure.

1) Google map takes you to a place down the street. 2) Checking in took such a long time; there was too much standing around and folk being un-sure; the front gate people had to check if I was at the right place. Then I had to wait till 1pm to check in. SLOW
