Distance is near to Gangotri.

I booked hotel in Ganga niwas but the owner gave me room in adjacent hotel by the name of Devyani hotel stating this is also his hotel.I was charged 5300 rupees in advance payment but was given room of worth 1200 rupees. They are taking advantage of the traffic jam in Gangotri and taking advance payment knowing the person would not be able to reach the hotel on the booking date and then they would take advantage of the situation.
