Nothing at all! Very rude manager host! Place is completely filthy, outdated, what a shame to The Wharf Capital Marina Boardwalk! I’ve never experienced such roodness from the hotel property - so much dissatisfied and disappointed! When mentioned politely my disappointment of the dirty place, bed and the whole unit, pillows furniture 50 years old!!! Sofa brought from the street I bet! Anyway, total ashame!!! Feels like a scam! And keys were soo difficult to find, dirty on the street in some locker that won’t open… oh my God, had a night mate with my suitcases going back and forth on a stone boardwalk and the place how to get in instructions were bad, when asked help, no one arrived, just was asking what locker I’m looking at and then the hostess was so rude accusing me and acted like he/she doesn’t care at all, telling me that $405 is not enough paid for this literally BS place! Bed is awful and shots are all wrinkled and dirty! Do not go there! You’ll be very disappointed!!!😢 😞😓

The photo directions to access the key and find the entrance were really helpful. The location is great in terms of getting to the museums and being near our concert venue. Very safe and right on The Wharf.

Parking is definitely not cheap but we did find a spot in the garage which was convenient.

Comfortable, clean, and facilities were good. It was in an ideal location on The Wharf for my leisure trip...just around the corner from The Anthem venue where I was seeing a few shows. I'd recommend it, and return myself.

The location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distance of the property. Apartment was clean and cozy. Bed and sheets were very soft. Slept great!

Parking was very hard to find. We parked on the street and then had to pay every two hours for parking. The garages were $65/day. Would have liked some kind of parking included or discounted. Also, a full sized mirror somewhere in the apartment would have helped a lot with getting dressed! Just a suggestion :)

Prop was near the wharf and plenty of activity…a major plus!

The property & instructions were so convoluted as to how to get to and into the bldg…booked through Booking.com which gave 20 Blair Ave address, when checking in online is when we get instructions to 1000 Main Ave, 3 blocks away. We paid $37 for parking and trying to locate the new address unnecessarily because information wasn’t clear. Even after all that the actual room is in the 955 Channel bldg that was never even mentioned!!! I’m 70 & my spouse is 67 and both of us had to lay on the dirty ground to get to the lockbox and try opening it because the lockbox is laying on the ground…not good on feeble knees,hips and backs. The way to open the box isn’t the clearest either. Once you finally get into the box and set the combination it says push down which we did over and over to no avail until realizing you have to push down toward your feet rather than toward the back of the box. Once inside, 3 hours later and walking 4.3 miles with me being 70 and my wife getting a full knee replacement next month, the room appeared clean for the most part but pictures will show the rest…the window sills were caked in dirt, an air vent in the living room also and the blinds were dirty. With all the wonderful amenities it was lacking an iron and ironing board, wash clothes, extra towels and hand towels, no extra blankets, no paper towels, no dish wash cloth or sponge or extra kitchen towels. My wife almost broke her tailbone sitting down on the cheap couch and I would have broken it if I sat on it…just a cheap replica of what it should be. The bed was somewhat comfortable…thank goodness for that!!! Everything is through text and when we sent a text about some of the lacking items we were ghosted…there should always be someone available to speak to especially under the numerous circumstances mentioned in this note.

Amazing stay! The location you just can’t beat! It was great to be able to walk to everything we needed (restaurants, karaoke, rooftops and more). Apartment was stocked with soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dish soap. It’s an end unit with a great view and very quiet. Place was super clean with comfy bed and pillows. The check in process was so simple and smooth. Host was great with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
