Beautiful property in an amazing location!

Ridd cottage was a fantastic location and exceeded our expectations. Would thoroughly recommend it to anybody.

Beautiful location, spacious, had everything required from a property and more. Direct access to the Tarka trail. Would recommend and will be booking again.

Needs a little more thought on care of outside furniture and generally needs a good maintenance check between guests. A welcome book to explain where everything is and how to use it would be helpful.

The property is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is also idyllic - right on the the river bank and with easy access to cycle / foot paths. The fresh bread, jam and butter left for us was also a lovely touch.

Only a couple of niggles, such as no coffee maker / cafetiere or a bread knife ( to cut the lovely loaf that had been left for us!) and the wood to get the hot tub going was damp so we had to buy our own.

A beautiful house in a stunning location. We loved the decor and the comfy beds. The welcome gift was a lovely touch. Enjoyed waking up to the peace and quiet just the sound of the river .

Just a couple of small things missing but this didn't spoil our holiday. Not enough chairs for us all to eat round the table but we pulled up some soft chairs from the bedrooms.
